I have stayed at Swissôtel many times, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. On this occasion, I would like to extend my special thanks to Austin, who attended to me during check-in. He was professional, friendly, and made the registration process smooth and welcoming. I would also like to commend a housekeeping staff member whose name I unfortunately did not manage to get. He was extremely prompt and helpful in assisting with a wet bathroom situation. I met him on 23 May, sometime between 10:30am and 12:00pm. Although I am unable to recall the exact time, I hope this information will help identify him. Both staff members demonstrated excellent service and contributed to another enjoyable stay at Swissôtel. Please convey my appreciation to them.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The Front Office staff were very helpful in changing my bed preference from a king bed to twin beds and even provided a complimentary room upgrade with a lovely view. As mentioned in the hotel confirmation, a complimentary birthday cake was supposed to be set up in the room; however, I did not receive it upon arrival. The next day, when I visited the bar, one of the staff members noticed the issue and surprised me with a birthday cake. I truly appreciated the gesture. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she really made my day. It wasn’t about the cake itself—it was the thoughtfulness and care behind it that meant so much. Thank you for making my birthday special.

The hotel was lovely, most of the staff were very helpful & nice. 65th floor was very nice, but I couldn't see the use of the personal check in facility, we still took our own bags to our room, the set up of facilities was very quickly and generally explained to us, even accessing the TV directory did not explain where you could have your included breakfast clearly either. The wine on level 65 was not nice. so I was limited to mixers and beer if I wanted an alcoholic Beveridge. I truly expected champagne to be on offer, but was left disappointed. I would have expected a little fuss made for our 20th wedding anniversary but nothing was said or done. Everyone got the chocolate cake upon check-in. would I come again? yes, but at least I would know what to expect. Would I make it my next 'special occasion' stay, No.
